MTVH embarked on a lengthy consultation process which included two rounds of engagement in 2024.
Following this consultation with the local community an application was submitted to Lambeth Council in August 2025 (reference 25/02125/FUL).

The Council's own consultation is open until Thursday 28 August 2025. You can submit any feedback directly to the council via their website using the link above, or by email to planning@lambeth.gov.uk. Make sure to include the applications reference number 25/02125/FUL

Consultation Undertaken
Prior to submission, MTVH undertook an extensive consultation process which started in 2024.
A webinar was held on 13 November 2024 at 6:30pm introduced the project, with a Q&A session.
Public exhibitions followed at the MHTV Pop-up Hub, Mullins Place, on 14 and 16 November 2024, featuring drawings, boards, and a physical model. Attendees provided direct feedback, highlighting concerns over height, support for green space, and positive views on the site not being allocated for a school.
A follow-up consultation on 9 April 2025 presented revised proposals, allowing discussion on construction timescales, the Clapham Park Masterplan, and design amendments, including Block C overlooking mitigation and Block D height reductions
